E.E.A Services was set up in June 2007 to provide an independent HIP & EPC solution throughout the North Wales area. We also offer domestic energy assessments to energy conscious home owners to enable them to save on fuel bills  and reduce their carbon footprint.

• Arranging appointments promptly and completing the E.P.C inspection within 3 days.
• Uploading all assessment documentation within 12 hours of site inspection.
• Offer advice to customers on all assessment recommendations.
• Supplying a complete HIP code compliant Pack within 10 working days (subject to search returns).
• Following quality assurance, complaints and professional standards laid down by the governing body.
